Carsten Graff is a Danish author and columnist. He is a Master of computer science from Copenhagen Business School and began his professional career working for several international organizations as a communications-, computer- and media expert. == Computer critique == A change in life conditions in the early 1990s cast Graff into a depression. It was in this difficult time of his life that he started writing critical essays about computers and technology. In 1996 Graff published his bestselling anti-computer book ''Conversations with an Oak Tree'' in Scandinavia for which he received a Danish Authors' Society award. ''Conversations with an Oak Tree'' was updated, rewritten and published internationally in a second edition in 2013.
